My name is Daniel Andersson and I live in Falun, Sweden. I've been an avid birdwatcher for many years and picked up my first "real" camera in the autumn of 2014. At first with the ambition to be able to take documentary pictures of rarer birds for identification purposes, but before long I started spending more time looking through the camera lens than in my spotting scope. Nowadays I most often choose to go birdwatching where there are good photo opportunities. Some days I fill up a memory card and some days I don't take a single picture. Some pictures are great, most are decent and some are still most for documentary purpose. I really enjoy bird photography, even to the extent that I'd probably go back home for the day if I was out birding and the camera battery went out!
